The International Journal of Green Pharmacy (IJGP) maintains a strict anti-plagiarism policy to ensure the highest standards of academic integrity. All submitted manuscripts are rigorously screened for plagiarism using DrillBit plagiarism detection software before entering the peer-review process.

Permissible Limit: The journal accepts manuscripts with a maximum similarity index of 15%. Any manuscript exceeding this limit or exhibiting high levels of text recycling will be rejected immediately without external review.
Post-Publication Plagiarism: If plagiarism or text manipulation is detected after publication, the journal will initiate a formal investigation through a Fact-Finding Committee. If proven guilty, the article will be officially retracted/removed from the journal archives.
Institutional Action: In cases of severe misconduct, the journal reserves the right to notify the author's affiliated institution/university and place a permanent or temporary ban on future submissions from the concerned authors.
